1. Acceptance

By using our services, you fully accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Services Offered

StudioCentOS offers:

• •Technical and strategic consulting
• •Maintenance and support

3. User Account

You are responsible for your account security and credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Payments

Prices are indicated in quotes. Payment is made according to agreed terms. VAT excluded unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

Code developed for you becomes your property upon final payment. Reusable components and libraries remain StudioCentOS property.

6. Warranties

We guarantee 90 days of bug fixes for code defects. Warranty does not cover third-party modifications or misuse.

7. Limitations

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by external factors (hosting, third-party APIs).

8. Termination

You can terminate the service at any time. In case of terms violation, we may suspend or terminate access.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms. Changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the Court of Salerno has jurisdiction.
